Authored an internal maturity framework aligned to ITIL, CIS, and Gartner; deliver monthly operating reviews to VP leadership. Founding member of an enterprise AI Center of Excellence — operationalized Claude across IT workflows, authored the Microsoft Foundry adoption roadmap, lead AI platform economics analysis (Microsoft Copilot vs Anthropic Claude), and founded the internal AI Makers user group with ongoing Copilot Studio training. Ship open-source harness tooling in parallel.
